Jordan even went above and beyond and checked in on food order that some of the guest placed that was in my party. If you have a party at the Parkville location ask for Jordan. Lets not talk about the amazing energetic Chuckie that was there, very entertaining and friendly with kids. Thank you all for giving my son an amazing and unforgettable 1st birthday experience. ”

“ We had a birthday party here and overall the whole event was a success. My 5 year old had the best time. Everything that could have been better did not phase her one bit. And that was the goal. Give her the best experience. I did not take time to go through the full instruction of the event and that may have better prepared me. We had a party and there were literally 3 other partys going on at the same time. Surprisingly we were able to play games with no issues. The Chuckie celebration was a bit underwhelming because he was late. I was expecting him to come engage with us a little bit more but we just wanted to play the games anyway. Other than that we plan on doing it again in November! The value of the birthday party package exceeded my expectations. The kids really did have a blast. ”
